Rabbi Yaakov Yosef of Polonnoye (Toldos Yaakov Yosef) was a cohen. His surname was Katz. He was sometimes referred to as the "Cohen Gadol from Polonnoye" in the sefer Degel Machaneh Ephraim.

The Hasmonean family, including Matthais and Judah - and more commonly known as the Macabees - were famous Kohanim... though later generations might be considered infamous.
