Baruch Hashem!

If there's anyone out there who still reads this blog, I would like to welcome myself back.  I have undergone the WORST year of my life having to endure the loss of my Father A"H, a miscarriage, three surgeries and a blood infection which nearly took my life.

With all that said, I thank HaKadosh Baruch Hu for all of the nissim and brachos He has given me.  I am alive, healing and moving on with my life.  My time at home mending has given me some extra time to learn and work on my overall health.

May Adar II enter with joy, redemption and blessings for all Klal Yisroel!

Thanks for listening.

Welcome back.

ברוך דיין האמת. Sorry to hear about your father and all the Tzarot you've been enduring. May this coming year be a better one for you and your family.

B"H You are back with us. I was checking in from time to time to see if you had returned

You are just in time for the Third Intifada and other world merry-making. The nations of the world are ganging up on us, and you featured the ring leader in your return post.

Shalom,

this is out of left field, but you should check you are getting enough vitamin D. It help prevent infections among other benefits.
The vast majority of tznius dressing people are deficient due to decreased sun exposure.
