Parshas Vayeishev - Cool secret hidden within

Regarding Joseph's Dream:

And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brethren; and they hated him yet the more. 6 And he said unto them: 'Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: 7 for, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves came round about, and bowed down to my sheaf.' 8 And his brethren said to him: 'Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us?' And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words. 9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it to his brethren, and said: 'Behold, I have dreamed yet a dream: and, behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars bowed down to me.' 10 And he told it to his father, and to his brethren; and his father rebuked him, and said unto him: 'What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down to thee to the earth?' 11 And his brethren envied him; but his father kept the saying in mind.

Question: If Yaakov was a Prophet, wouldn't he know that they would, in fact, bow to Joseph? Here's the thing... Yaakov was not chastizing Joseph for being haughty. He was questioning the accuracy of the dream. Why? Because Rachel is already dead! He says: "Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down to thee to the earth?" So how do we know Yaakov's true thoughts? Because it is hidden in the Hebrew. The above quote in Hebrew is:
If you take the words: אֲשֶׁר חָלָמְתָּ: הֲבוֹא and chop off the first two letters and the last three letters you get: ר חָלָמְתָּ: הֲ. Squeeze 'em together and it spells "Rachel Maetah" or "Rachel is [already] dead."
